Born From TV: Bernard Kowalski As A Director

C. Courtney Joyner takes us through the life and career of Bernard L. Kowalski. Kowalski was a low-budget director who began his career in half-hour episodic television shows. As a young director, he linked up with Gene Corman, who saw potential in him. The Cormans gave Kowalski his big break when they let him direct a feature-length film, Night of the Blood Beast.
