In Cold Blood

Based on Truman Capote's book, this film follows ex-convicts Perry Smith and Dick Hickock. Believing a wealthy farming family has a hidden safe, they plan a robbery. When they find no safe, they brutally murder all four family members, escaping with only 43. The story details their time as fugitives on the run from the law and the intensive investigation led by Detective Alvin Dewey to bring them to justice for their cold blooded crime.
