O Pioneer

This documentary profiles three modern day pioneers in West Virginia: a seamstress finding joy through her craft, a blacksmith preserving family history, and a hospital chaplain confronting illness and his faith. Weaving their personal stories of resilience, creativity, and struggle against the backdrop of the COVID-19 pandemic, the film re-examines the spirit of the American pioneer through their inspiring journeys of endurance and purpose.
