The Light

For generations, a family has upheld a brutal custom of human sacrifice. When it is his turn, a young man who has converted to Christianity refuses to comply. His defiance triggers a spiritual and cultural crisis, pitting his new faith against the ancient gods his community serves. When he miraculously survives the ritual, his entire village witnesses a power greater than their own, forcing them to abandon their dark traditions and embrace a new light.
