Lisabi - The Uprising

Under 18th-century Oyo oppression, Egba farmer Lisabi transforms from passive observer to resistance leader after his friend Oshokenu is killed defending his lover. Lisabi secretly unites the community through farming groups (Aaro society), training them for war. Leading strategic attacks, he guides the Egba to victory against Oyo forces, establishing himself as a symbol of independence.
