Black Like Me

Based on a true story, a white journalist in the 1960s undertakes a daring social experiment. He medically darkens his skin to pass as a Black man and travels through the deeply segregated American South. He personally confronts the daily indignities, overt racism, and systemic prejudice faced by African Americans. The journey challenges his identity and exposes the brutal reality of racial injustice, which he documents for a series of articles.
