Yanky Clippers

In this classic black and white silent cartoon, Oswald the Lucky Rabbit is a barber with a clientele of animals. His day becomes a series of humorous escapades, starting with a puppy whose hair magically regrows because it's drinking hair tonic. Oswald then attempts to give haircuts to a hippo, an elephant, and a lascivious bear, with each new customer bringing more comical chaos to his shop.
