I Wish I Had Wings

On a busy farm, a small black chick is pushed aside by his siblings and left hungry. Motivated by a garden full of food on the other side of a fence, he cleverly fashions wings from a discarded girdle and a parachute from bloomers to fly over. His feast is soon interrupted by an animated scarecrow that tries to chase him away. The quick thinking chick manages to dispatch the scarecrow by setting its stuffing on fire with a kerosene lamp, securing his victory and his meal.
