Tokio Jokio

This 1943 Warner Bros. Looney Tunes short is a wartime propaganda film presented as a captured Japanese newsreel. It uses a series of racist and offensive gags to mock the Japanese war effort. Skits include an aircraft spotter literally painting spots on planes, building a sandwich from ration cards, and showcasing disastrously inept military technology like a tricycle landing gear and a submarine still under construction after its launch.
