Shadow of the Law

A wealthy businessman, John Nelson, is charged with murder after a man falls from his high rise hotel window during a struggle. Nelson was defending an acquaintance, Ethel Barry, from the aggressive man and claims self defense. However, with Ethel having vanished, Nelson is left with no witness for his trial. He must find the mysterious woman to clear his name and avoid prison, all while navigating the complex legal system.
