The Hounds Gate Haunting

A filmmaker documents an amateur troupe's ghost story play at a haunted theater. They believe they've awakened the ghost of a critic, Cyril Cobb, but the haunting targets the director, Martin, exposing his dark secret: he let Cyril die. The terror is then revealed to be an elaborate revenge plot by Cyril's granddaughter, which culminates in a fatal conclusion.
