Monsieur Taurins

Gunars Taurins, an unemployed teacher from Latvia, accepts a strange job to find a house in France for a rich client. During his trip, he befriends a lovesick German and enjoys the French summer, neglecting his duties. After being fired, he finds himself broke but surprisingly optimistic by the sea in Bretagne. It is a story about finding oneself after losing everything else, presented as a highly optimistic film.
