Vick & Tarstar's Scarecrow Factory

Two filmmakers, Vick and Tarstar, attempt to create a trashy horror film called 'Scarecrowed.' Their efforts are derailed by a dysfunctional cast of punks, drug addicts, and fetish models. They face constant setbacks including relationship drama, crew members quitting, severe lack of funding, and a lead actress's drug overdose. The film explores the chaotic and desperate world of no-budget, underground filmmaking.
