Self Medicated a Film About Art

This documentary follows the Antagonist Movement, a collective of artists who use creation as a vital form of self medication against depression and hardship. Starting in New York's Lower East Side, the movement grows into an international community, providing a supportive family for artists who feel like outsiders. Through fanzines, street art, and music, they find their voice and build a life outside the commercial art world, sharing their stories of struggle, survival, and creative passion.
