Superbabies: Baby Geniuses 2

A new group of genius babies discovers a plot by media mogul Bill Biscane to control children's minds worldwide using a satellite network. They team up with Kahuna, a legendary super spy who is also a baby, to stop him. Using high tech gadgets and teamwork, the superbabies race against time to defeat Biscane, who is Kahuna's estranged evil brother. They must save the world's children from his mind control scheme and prove that even the smallest heroes can make a big difference.
