Discarnate

Obsessed with contacting his dead son, a neuroscientist develops a serum to access the afterlife. He and his team conduct a trial in an isolated house, but the drug makes them visible to a monstrous, shapeshifting entity known as the Discarnate. As the creature hunts them one by one, consuming their flesh to become more human, the team must fight for survival against a predator from another dimension that was drawn to them by the experiment.
