Angel Of Death

Efren Saldivar always preferred the graveyard shift at Glendale Adventist Medical Center, where he worked as a respiratory therapist. It was during the late hours of the night, when Saldivar would inject his patients with a drug suppressing their breathing, paralyzing, and eventually killing them. Though doctors would eventually find the therapist in possession of the illicit drugs and fire him, it would be several years before detectives could uncover enough evidence to convict Saldivar.
