Island Of Desire

Martha, a nurse, is assigned to work remotely on Isla Bato in a regional health office. She befriends locals including Leloy, a habal rider, and Tess, the midwife and begins a romantic involvement with Leloy. As she stays longer, Martha uncovers the island's disturbing secrets: a fanatic cult, an abusive leader, and mysteries tied to her own long-lost sister.
