Dances with the Wind

Fury Dance follows Korean protest dancer Sam-hun Lee, who fought for South Korea's democratization in the 1980s through dance, sacrificing his dream of becoming a ballerino. Haunted by the 1980 Gwangju Massacre and battling panic disorder, he journeys across Eurasia dancing in France, rediscovering his dream in Russia, and honoring Holocaust victims in Poland. Filmed over 15 years, it's a tribute to those who gave their lives for freedom.
