I Beg You to Like Me

I Beg You To Like Me explores how societal beauty standards oppress individuals who don't fit the norm, revealing how careless remarks about appearance can become acts of violence. Beyond criticizing media and consumer-driven ideals, it urges reflection on our own complicity. Through personal stories from women, men, disabled, and LGBT people, the film questions if the perfect body image is an unattainable illusion and asks, isn't it time to redefine beauty as we truly are?
