Cat Pupa

On Sanagi (Pupa) Island in the renowned cat-populated Seto Inland Sea resides Yasushi, a seemingly straightforward man. One fateful day, while navigating the island's shores, Yasushi encounters a drenched woman named Hanako. She implores him to recover a lost 'bag' she inadvertently dropped into the sea. Meanwhile, Chika, Yasushi's childhood friend, and her husband, Kiyoshi, stumble upon a peculiar, round, capsule-shaped 'bag' washed ashore.
