In 2005, the TEMPO Movement, TEMPO Networks was launched- A dream, birthed by the Trailblazer, Frederick Morton, Jr. to bring the Caribbean to world. Sustained and nurtured by the passion of many, TEMPO is now 16 years old and the Movement is poised for the next level of greatness. There is so much to tell, but out of the TEMPO archive, here is the story of a man and his dream- how it all began!
