Carthage's Lost Warriors

This film documents a transatlantic expedition from the Iberian Peninsula to South America, testing Professor Giffhorn's theory that ancient explorers may have reached the Americas 1,500 years before Columbus. Through on-site exploration in Brazil and Peru, researchers and an extreme athlete share insights and experiences that explore the possibility of a pre-Columbian discovery of the New World.
