Day Of The Dead 2: Contagium

A lethal bacteriologic weapon experiment goes wrong in a 1968 military hospital, turning people into zombies. A soldier smuggles the virus in a vacuum flask but dies, leaving it lost in the grass. Years later, patients in a mental hospital find the flask, unknowingly unleashing the virus when it breaks, infecting themselves and their doctor.
