Red 11

This thriller is based on the research hospital where Robert Rodriguez sold his body to finance his first film, El Mariachi, for 7,000. Red 11 is the shirt color and number he was assigned. Rodriguez documents his micro-budget process in the companion series, Rebel Without A Crew: The Robert Rodriguez Film School, to teach other artists how they can make their dreams a reality.
