Texas, Brooklyn & Heaven

When Eddie Tayloe (Guy Madison, 5 Against the House) receives 6,000 from his grandfather, he decides to leave his drab newspaper job and move to New York. His dream is to have a play produced on Broadway. Along the way he picks up a pretty hitchhiker (Diana Lynn, The Miracle of Morgan's Creek) who is also leaving her own dreary life for a shot at New York. Unfortunately, they find that the Big Apple is a hard place to make a living.
