Paris is in Harlem

PARIS IS IN HARLEM' is a jazz musical set in 2017, capturing the repeal of NYC's 91-year Cabaret Law. The film intertwines the lives of diverse New Yorkers on a winter night at Paris Blues jazz bar, starting with two gunshots. Like jazz itself, it's a story of a neighborhood and city rediscovering their rhythm.
