The Hoosier Schoolmaster

An ex-union soldier picks up his life after the Civil War by taking a teaching post in the South, but faces discrimination from the locals who still hate Yankees. He has to deal with everything from a local bully to a band of night riders who have vowed to drive him out of town. This Paul Malvern Production is based on one of Edward Egglleston's popular Hoosier novels, and stars Norman Foster, Charlotte Henry, and Dorothy Libaire.
