Apartamento 12

A Los Angeles artist (Mark Ruffalo) suddenly finds his life turned upside down when his art exhibition is canceled and his model girlfriend abandons him. Forced to move into a dilapidated dwelling, his encounters include rare critters roaming the hallway, a lonely middle-aged woman who prepares spam stews for all bachelors, a crackpot prostitute, and a Spanish Don Juan.
