Apartment 12

An L.A. artist (Mark Ruffalo) suddenly finds his life upside down when his art show is cancelled and his model girlfriend leaves him. Forced to move into a rundown tenement, his encounters include oddballs wandering the hall, a lonely middle aged woman who makes spam casseroles for all the bachelors, a daffy prostitute and a Spanish Don Juan. Aka Life/Drawing.
