Cause for Alarm

Barry Sullivan plays George Jones, a mentally ill man who mistakenly believes his wife and doctor are having an affair and conspiring to kill him. When he confronts his wife Ellen (Loretta Young), the excitement proves too much and George suffers a mortal collapse. Adding to this delicate house of cards is a letter that he'd written to his lawyer where his fears were outlined. Now it's up to Ellen to retrieve the letter before she finds herself in grave trouble.
