Narcotic

Loosely based on William Davies, an opium-addicted snake oil salesman, NARCOTIC follows an idealistic medical student's descent into opium dens, freak shows, drug parties, brothels, and finally, suicide. In the Esper tradition, his ruin is interspersed with shocking, perverse imagery like cesarean births and snake fights.
