The Snake Woman

In 1890, herpetologist Dr. Horace Adderson in Bellingham manages his wife Martha's illness with snake venom. After her death giving birth, Addie Harker, branded a witch, tries to harm the newborn deemed evil. Adderson dies in a fire, and Dr. Murton saves the baby. Nineteen years later, Murton returns to find mysterious deaths linked to lethal king cobra venom, raising unsettling questions about the past in the small Northumbrian village.
