Dumb and Dahmer

Jeff is a cannibal who coincidentally has the same last name as the serial killer Jeffrey Dahmer. This movie combines horror with slapstick, but the true biography of Dahmer is just as silly, like when a victim escaped and police returned him to Dahmer.
