The Delegation

A government official is tasked with a delicate mission: to travel to a remote prison and bring back a political prisoner who has been held there for years. The point of the mission is to make the government look like it is respecting human rights. But things are not as they seem. Leo, a government official, works for the Ministry of Interior in Albania.
