Opposite of Blood

Two brothers, construct a proposal seeking 40 million in government funding for a community project. Soon after funding is approved, one brother is murdered and his children left without a father. Years later, Jimmy and Tommy, raised apart after their father's murder, begin to question their respective past. Growing up on opposite sides of the law, the two young men battle forces determined to keep the truth of their father's death hidden.
