The Secret War

Jack, a NYPD cop, survives a near-fatal encounter but unknowingly has a chip implanted in his brain by his brother, giving him superhuman strength. The FBI, Pentagon, and a research lab all vie to find Jack to obtain the chip, leading to a chase that puts everyone on edge.
